Common neurology and sleep questions

After years of clinical practice I have seen the same questions come up again and again. In creating this website, I thought there may be an opportunity to provide some general information around approaches to common neurologic and sleep issues.

This discussion will only be about general information and basic approaches to common conditions. What I post on here should not be construed as medical advice. Advice requires you to apply a medical understanding to a patient's unique circumstances. I do not know the personal circumstances of anyone who reads these posts, and so, this information should not be confused with individualized medical advice.
